The client is an expanding business in Dubai having several teams and applications. The employees had to log in to dozens of different systems in order to check email, collaborate and even use internal tools. Keeping the track of usernames and passwords for all the applications became a cumbersome task.
They wanted a secure, clustered identity solution. That’s when they turned to Azure Active Directory.
Challenges Faced
The employees had multiple accounts for different apps before the implementation. It was difficult for users to remember passwords and some shared credentials which increased security risks.
